Gmach przy placu Wolności nr 15, wzniesiony w latach 1910-1911 według projektu Hansa Uhla (wybrany w konkursie), to dawny Bank Wschodni (Ostbank für Handel und Gewerbe), obecnie nadal pełni funkcję banku. Wcześniej stał tu, widoczny na starej fonografii, gmach niemieckiego Ziemstwa Kredytowego, wyburzony pod budowę tego pierwszego.

The building at Plac Wolności nr 15, erected in 1910-1911 according to the design of Hans Uhl (selected in the competition), is the former Eastern Bank (Ostbank für Handel und Gewerbe), currently it still serves as a bank. Earlier, here stood, visible on the old phonography, the edifice of the German Credit Land, demolished for the construction of the former.
