@Lena, i dont think so. I'm also live in such a settlement (Sobieskiego, Poznan) and i have a lot of trees, spaces, shops, public transport. It;s definitely better then new settlements where developer want to earn as much as possible and builds each building not far from another

@Lena, it's OK :)
buildings was constructed by the state, in communism (prefabricated structures). At this moment in Poland we don't have such as this situation in new buildingss conctruction. Today maybe architecture looks better, but in past important was funcionality: each settlement has few kindergartens, schools, pavilions with differnet shops, markets
