Ende Januar 2013 wurde das alte sogenannte „Höker-Haus“ nach gründlicher Instandsetzung als Mehrgenerationenhaus durch den Bundestagsabgeordneten Franz Müntefering seiner neuen Bestimmung übergeben. Es ist inzwischen über 400 Jahre alt. Über ein Viertel dieser Zeit, genau 108 Jahre, nämlich von 1871 bis 1979, war das Haus im Besitz und Eigentum der Familie Luig.

At the end of January 2013 the old so-called “Höker-Haus” was given its new purpose by the Bundestag member Franz Müntefering after a thorough renovation as a multi-generation house. It is now over 400 years old. Over a quarter of this time, exactly 108 years, namely from 1871 to 1979, the house was owned and owned by the Luig family.
