W okresie powojennym na cele usługowe wykorzystano jedynie część parterową kamienicy nr 8, z przylegającą od strony rzeki Nysy Kłodzkiej rozbudowaną przybudówką (obecnie nr 8a). Mieściła się tutaj restauracja „Pod Pstrągiem”, z ofertą rozrywkową (dancingi). Wejście dla gości było w przybudówce (przy moście). Wejście służbowe dla personelu i zaopatrzenia było od podwórza przed kamienicą nr 6. Z oficjalnego wejścia od ulicy (w środkowej części ściany frontowej) nie korzystano.
In the post-war period, only the ground-floor part of the tenement house No. 8 was used for service purposes, with an extended annex adjacent to the Nysa Kłodzka River (currently No. 8a). There was a restaurant "Pod Pstrągiem" here, with an entertainment offer (dancing). The entrance for guests was in the annex (by the bridge). The service entrance for staff and supplies was from the yard in front of tenement house No. 6. The official entrance from the street (in the middle of the front wall) was not used.
