A Hungarian Jewish couple on Ráday utca in Budapest in January 1945. It is possible this photograph was taken just after the district was liberated by Russian forces who had the city surrounded at the time. They are still wearing the Yelow Star symbol on their clothing, as imposed by the pro Nazi Arrow Cross movement who were running the country towrds the end of the war. Their eventual fate is unknown.
