Dodridge Augustine, son of the American Revolution, First Families of Ohio and First Families of Athens County, Athens, Ohio, surveyed off a 30-lot town of Augustine in 1906. He proposed this to the county commissioners in 1906, and the commissioners accepted it in 1908.

Dodridge Augustine, Sohn einer der ersten Familien Ohios und des Athens County in Athens, Ohio, die an der Amerikanischen Revolution teilnahmen, plante 1906 die Gründung einer Stadt namens Augustine mit 30 Parzellen.
