For its historical monuments it is sometimes referred to as "Little Prague" (Polish: Mała Praga, German: Klein-Prag).[2] Initially established as a settlement in the 10th century, it is one of the oldest towns in Poland, having been granted city rights in 1233. Culturally and traditionally a part of Bohemia, administratively it has been a part of Silesia since 1763.
Aufgrund seiner historischen Denkmäler wird es manchmal als „Klein-Prag“ (polnisch: Mała Praga, deutsch: Klein-Prag) bezeichnet.[2] Sie wurde ursprünglich im 10. Jahrhundert als Siedlung gegründet und ist eine der ältesten Städte Polens, der 1233 die Stadtrechte verliehen wurden. Kulturell und traditionell ein Teil Böhmens, gehört sie administrativ seit 1763 zu Schlesien.
