Terms of Use – re.photos

By creating an account or using re.photos, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login details safe. You must be old enough to consent to these Terms in your country (at least 16, or the minimum age where you live).

2. Content you post

You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. By posting them, you give us permission to store, display, and share them within re.photos so the service can work. You're responsible for your content, and you confirm you have the rights to it—including any copyright in the photos and permission to publish them. When you upload a photo, you must state its license and its author truthfully and accurately.

3. Community rules

re.photos is for sharing before-and-after photos of places. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not post content or behave in ways that are:

• hateful, harassing, threatening, or bullying toward any person or group;
• pornographic, sexually explicit, or exploitative;
• violent, gory, or encouraging harm;
• illegal, or infringing someone else's rights (including copyright);
• spam, scams, or impersonation of others.

4. Reporting and blocking

You can report any photo or comment, and you can block other users. Blocking removes that user's content from your view. Reports go to our team for review.

5. Moderation

We review reported content and act on valid reports within 24 hours—removing content that breaks these rules and suspending or permanently removing the accounts of users who post it. We may do this without prior notice. We may also remove content or accounts at our discretion to keep the community safe.

6. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from within the app or website. We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these Terms.

7. No warranty

re.photos is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it running and safe, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know and, where appropriate, ask you to agree again. Continuing to use re.photos after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
