Ludgarda was the first wife of Przemysł II, Duke of Greater Poland and later King of Poland. After her sudden death in December 1283, rumors circulated that she had been strangled on the orders of her husband, who wanted to marry another woman to ensure an heir to the throne.
Ludgarda fut la première épouse de Przemysł II, duc de Grande-Pologne et futur roi de Pologne. Après sa mort subite en décembre 1283, des rumeurs circulèrent selon lesquelles elle aurait été étranglée sur ordre de son époux, qui souhaitait épouser une autre femme afin d'assurer un héritier au trône.
