Obecna kamienica zbudowana została w 1835-40 wg proj. Józefa Lessla. Działała tu cukiernia Jana Czernera. W okresie międzywojennym działał tu handel alkoholami Złoty Róg. W 1944 kamienica została spalona i po wojnie rozebrana do fundamentów. Odbudowano ją w 1949 wg proj. Mieczysława Kuzmy i Zygmunta Stępińskiego, charakteryzując budynek na XVIII w.

The present tenement house was built in 1835-40 according to the design of Józef Lessel. Jan Czerner's pastry shop operated here. In the interwar period, the Złoty Róg liquor trade operated here. In 1944, the tenement house was burnt down and demolished to its foundations after the war. It was rebuilt in 1949 according to the design of Mieczysław Kuzma and Zygmunt Stępiński, characterizing the building in the 18th century.
