Obiekt położony w południowo-wschodniej części Żagania, przy ulicy Szprotawskiej 4. Najokazalszy i największy gmach przy tej ulicy. Obecny wygląd nie jest pierwotny; pałac był kilkakrotnie przebudowywany i remontowany. W latach po wybudowaniu pałacu, spełniał funkcję mieszkalną, dziś natomiast pełni jedynie funkcje kulturalne i publiczne jako Żagański Pałac Kultury. Stoi on między szeregiem bloków mieszkalnych, nad brzegiem rzeki Bóbr. Otoczony jest rozległym parkiem krajobrazowym.

The facility is located in the south-eastern part of Żagań, at 4 Szprotawska Street. The most impressive and largest building on this street. The current appearance is not original; the palace was rebuilt and renovated several times. In the years after the construction of the palace, it served a residential function, but today it only serves cultural and public functions as the Żagański Palace of Culture. It stands between a series of apartment blocks, on the banks of the Bóbr River. It is surrounded by a vast landscape park.
