Kamienica przy ulicy Poznańskiej 58 na Jeżycach. Ulica wytyczona jest od ulicy Kościelnej do wiaduktu kolejowego na styku ulic Roosevelta, Libelta i Pułaskiego. Została włączona w granice miasta wraz z Jeżycami w roku 1900 pod nazwą Posenerstrasse. Jej nazwa wiąże się z pierwotnym charakterem ulicy - przed powstaniem mostu Teatralnego prowadziła do Poznania.

Tenement house at 58 Poznańska Street in Jeżyce. The street is marked from Kościelna Street to the railway viaduct at the junction of Roosevelt, Libelta and Pułaskiego Streets. It was incorporated into the city limits together with Jeżyce in 1900 under the name Posenerstrasse. Its name is associated with the original character of the street - before the creation of the Teatralny bridge it led to Poznań.
