Thank you! Unfortunately, I could not find out what the historical recording shows. That would be even more exciting.

Es muss auf jeden Fall vor 1952 gewesen sein, da ab dann eine Leninstatue vor der Oper stand. Ich habe auch nichts über die Flaggen finden können.
Edit: Es wird vermutlich die polnische Flagge sein. Damit wäre die Zeit zwischen 1918 und 1939 am wahrscheinlichsten.

It must have been in any case before 1952, since from then on a statue of Lenin stood in front of the opera. I also could not find anything about the flags.
Edit: It will probably be the Polish flag. That would be the time between 1918 and 1939 most likely.
