Das Rathaus von Pula wurde im 13. Jahrhundert auf den Überresten eines der drei römischen Tempel auf dem Forum errichtet. Teile des Tempels sind noch heute an der Rückseite des Gebäudes zu sehen. Im Laufe der Jahrhunderte wurde das Gebäude mehrfach renoviert und umgebaut, so dass sich heute neben antiken Teilen auch Elemente der Romanik, Gotik, Renaissance und des Barocks in ihm wiederfinden.

Pula's town hall was built in the 13th century on the remains of one of the three Roman temples in the forum. Parts of the temple can still be seen at the rear of the building. Over the centuries, the building has been renovated and remodeled several times, so that today, in addition to ancient elements, it also incorporates Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque features.
